Servitel Communications is wholly owned by Aerial Capital Group Ltd. Aerial Capital group was founded in 1954; its core activity is trading as a communications provider to the Canberra transport industry. In 2005 Aerial purchased the Telstra Franchise Ericsson Corporate Networks Canberra and established the trading name Servitel Communications. In 2011 we extended our business into New Zealand, expanding our VOIP and Mobile Apps business through our relationship in the taxi industry.

Our core products and services are currently focused on Voice and Data solutions for medium to large businesses and Government departments.

Our specialty services are based around IP Voice with key CPE vendors and Contact Center solutions, Complex Data networking including layer 2 switching, Mobile Application on major platforms Apple, Android, Mobile 7 and Blackberry.  Our skilled engineers are based in Canberra and New Zealand to support the local private business and government market.

Servitel Communications is the only EPP (Enterprise Partner Program) partner for Telstra Enterprise and Government for the ACT region.

Our business activities use our own project management skills – We have staff skilled in Prince 2 project planning and ITIL certification. ITIL is being progressively used to provide quality control over our activities.

Our key business strategy is to provide the customer with an end to end solution with focus on professional delivery and implementation of our solutions.
