Servitel is a company providing telecommunications sales, service and maintenance to Canberra and its surrounding region. We have over 15 years experience working on telephone and radio systems as well as their related computer network systems. Our field staff are skilled technicians and are up to date with the latest telephony and IT network training. Servitel also has an apprentice training scheme demonstrating our commitment to the industry and region.

Servitel provides maintenance support to Canberra’s largest call centre as well as a number of government agencies and private sector companies. We also commission and maintain services such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Natural Language based products including ‘Voice to Text’ and ‘Text to Voice’.

Servitel Communications Pty Ltd is an ACT registered company, wholly owned by Aerial Consolidated Transport Ltd. Servitel was founded in 1992 to service Aerial’s transport business and, since its foundation, Servitel has focused on providing a wide range of communication services to small transport businesses. Our history is strongly grounded in radio, telephone and related computer systems.

Servitel offers a full range of telephony and computer maintenance services, designed to maintain Aerial’s call centre and third party products.

Our systems have been designed by highly skilled technicians, supported by internal quality control, with a strong commitment to training, integrated with the development of apprentices and ongoing customer needs analysis.
